Before his tenure at AHA, Nick honed his skills in multifamily development and operations, concentrating on market rate and independent senior living communities at a Phoenix-based real estate private equity firm.
In 2021, Nick took a significant step in his career by joining AHA as a Senior Financial Analyst. In this role, he was instrumental in spearheading the underwriting platform for the S42 team, showcasing his analytical acumen and deep understanding of financial structures within the housing sector.
Nick’s academic background is as impressive as his professional journey. He holds a Master’s in Real Estate Development from the esteemed W.P. Carey School of Business, and is a currently an ambassador for the W.P. Carey Executive Education Program.
