Andrew S. (Andy) Daitch is the Executive Managing Director of Affordable Housing Advisors (AHA), a specialty group of Marcus & Millichap and the nation’s leading brokerage team that represents sellers and buyers of government-subsidized and tax credit multifamily properties. Under his leadership, AHA has sold over 300,000 units of affordable housing with an aggregate value of over $20 billion.
Andy began his career with Marcus & Millichap and AHA in 1999. As AHA evolved as a pioneer and industry leader in the brokerage of affordable housing, Andy was responsible for growing the company’s platform to further enhance services to clients on a national level. In 2017, Marcus & Millichap awarded Andy the title of Executive Managing Director of Investments, the highest distinction granted to agents by the firm.

Steven A. (Steve) Miscavish is the Chief Financial Officer of Affordable Housing Advisors (AHA), a specialty group of Marcus & Millichap and the nation’s leading brokerage team that represents sellers and buyers of government-subsidized and tax credit multifamily properties. He currently oversees AHA’s underwriting team that reviews and underwrites more than 1,300 affordable housing properties each year.
Steve joined Marcus & Millichap in 2001 through the company’s Sales Intern Program (SIP) after previously holding the position of Financial Analyst for DaimlerChrysler AG. He graduated from the intern program in 2002 and began focusing on the sale of market-rate multifamily properties throughout Southeast Michigan. In 2004, Steve became part of the AHA team. Under his leadership, AHA has sold over 300,000 units of affordable housing with an aggregate value of over $20 billion.
In 2021 and 2022, Steve earned Marcus & Millichap’s prestigious Chairman’s Circle of Excellence award. He also earned the firm’s Chairman’s Club award from 2020-2022. In 2019, Midwest Real Estate News Magazine honored Steve by including him in their Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame.

Jeremiah K. He currently leads the AHA S42 team, representing general and limited partners in the valuation and marketing of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) properties nationwide.
Jeremiah joined AHA in 2021, formally launching AHA’s S42 platform. He began his career as an attorney specializing in commercial real estate transactions and foreign real estate investors conducting business in the United States. Since 2014, Jeremiah has focused on multifamily investment sales before becoming part of the AHA team. Marcus & Millichap recognized Jeremiah with the Sales Recognition Award in 2021 and 2022.
Jeremiah is a prominent member of the tax credit industry, frequently speaking at conferences and offering insight. Tyler J. He oversees transactions on the West Coast, Mountain States, Pacific Northwest and the state of Texas.
Tyler joined Marcus & Millichap in 2017, concentrating on multifamily investment sales throughout Southern California. Since becoming part of the AHA team in 2019, he has represented a broad range of clients including some of the most prominent affordable housing owners on the West Coast. Tyler is a highly-seasoned multifamily investment sales professional who brought nearly 15 years of investment property sales experience to AHA. Prior to joining AHA, he was a managing director at a commercial real estate firm.
In 2021, Tyler earned Marcus & Millichap’s National Achievement Award and in 2022 he was recognized with Marcus & Millichap’s prestigious Chairman’s Circle of Excellence award.

Neil B. Alyssa N. Gerson H. Gerson is a founding member of The Young Friends of Woodward, a nonprofit organization focused on supporting Detroit’s youth. He has sat on various boards, including the Downtown Detroit Isaac Agree Synagogue, the Woodward Avenue Shul and is an integral member of the Birmingham – Bloomfield Chai Center. He is a strong supporter of local VFW’s in Oakland County, Michigan and other philanthropic organizations throughout the region. Jackson (Jack) D. Paul began his real estate career with a boutique brokerage company focused on the sale of Market-Rate apartments. Upon the enactment of the Tax Reform Act of 1986 and Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code, Paul identified an opportunity within the affordable housing sector and shifted his focus to the brokerage of Project-Based Section 8 properties. Paul then founded AHA in 1987 and pioneered the brokerage of affordable housing.
